Terms of use

By creating an account or using classghor you agree to these terms and the Privacy policy. If you use it for a coaching center, you confirm you may act for that center.

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the staff you invite and the roles you give them. Tell us at once if you think your account was misused.

• Each branch has its own plan.
• One Free branch per owner account.
• One 30-day Starter trial per owner account, on the first branch. The length is shown on the pricing page and may change for new trials.
• Paying: you contact us, pay by bKash, and we switch the plan on. We never take card details, and nothing renews by itself.
• A branch keeps the price it was sold at until we agree a change with you.
• Founding-member discounts apply as stated on the pricing page while the branch keeps paying.
• Refunds:
  • Ask within 7 days of a payment and we refund it in full.
  • After that, we refund the unused whole months of a prepaid term. The months used are charged at the plain monthly price, so the term's free months are not refunded.
  • Refunds go back by bKash, normally within 7 days of the request.
  • SMS credits that have been used are not refundable.

We warn you before expiry. After it, everything keeps working for a grace period of 7 days, then the branch moves to the Free plan's limits. Nothing is hidden or deleted. You can still view, edit and export your data, but you cannot add more students or batches than Free allows, and paid features switch off until you renew.

The records your center enters belong to the center. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. You can export them on every plan. If you close your account, we delete them as the Privacy policy says.

SMS and WhatsApp messages you send go out under your center's name. You agree to:

• send them only to students, guardians and staff who have agreed to receive them;
• follow the SMS provider's rules shown in the app (for example the Bangla-only rule and the sending hours);
• never send spam, threats or unlawful content.

SMS needs credits. Delivery depends on the mobile operators and is not guaranteed.

Do not break the law, harm others, upload content you have no right to, try to reach other centers' data, probe or overload the service, or resell it without our written agreement.

• We work to keep classghor available and your data backed up, but we provide it "as is", without a promise of uninterrupted service.
• We may change or improve features. If a change removes something you rely on, we tell you in advance.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profit), and our total liability for any claim is limited to what the branch paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

• You can stop using classghor and ask us to close your account at any time.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms (for example by sending spam), after a warning unless the harm is urgent.
• The owner can delete the center from Settings. It is deleted 30 days later; until then you can cancel and export everything.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes go to the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We may update these terms. When we publish a new version, we tell account holders by email and with a notice in the app, and the page shows what changed.
